Bonjour!
It’s Thanksgiving in the US, one of my favorite holidays. And the star of many American dinner tables today will be turkey. So how about giving it a French twist?
Here’s a recipe for you, inspired by one of France’s greatest chefs, Georges Blanc. It’s a little late for today’s meal but you can try it another time, maybe Christmas?
Bon appétit !
Hello,
We are just finishing up a three week stay in Saint Rémy, and we have loved it. Your book, “An Insider’s Guide to Provence” has been a great source of information. Although we know the area, we would have never found the hike we took today up to La Caume.
One of the places not in your guide, unless I missed it, is the wonderful Abbey Saint-Michel de Frigolet and their tasty, herbaceous liqueur. The abbey was recommended by a local woman we met at a garage sale.
Again, that you so much for your guide which teally enhanced our stay in this wonderful village.
Hi Gregg,
I’m so glad you had such a good time in St-Rémy! And good point about the abbey, it’s a lovely place and I should include it in the next edition of my book.
Best,
Keith
